How Do I Get an EnergyWorks / Keystone HELP Loan for
Whole-House Energy Improvements (0.99% Gold Level)?
From basement to attic and everywhere in between, you might be surprised by how much energy your home is wasting. Get the most value and greatest savings by making energy improvements throughout your entire home.
Step 1: Get a Home Energy Assessment
To get started with a whole-house energy improvement, schedule a home energy assessment. A certified building analyst will perform a complete assessment to pinpoint ways to save energy and make your home a more comfortable and healthy living space. The building analyst will also determine exactly how much you can save by making improvements. Your home energy assessment is performed by a participating EnergyWorks GOLD contractor, facilitated by the Energy Coordinating Agency, a partner of EnergyWorks. To find a building analyst near you, or schedule your home energy assessment, contact your participating EnergyWorks Gold Contractor or ECA Call Center at (215) 605-1052 to speak with a trained representative, or visit the ECA website
Important Savings! When you schedule a home energy assessment (at an average cost of $400) and complete at least $1,000 of energy efficiency improvements, you will recieve a $300 rebate. That’s an average of 75% savings!
Step 2: Finance Your Improvement

Targeted Energy Efficiency Improvements/Loan (4.99% to 5.99 Silver Level)?
Completing a home energy assessment and making energy renovations to your entire home gives you the greatest value and benefits, but every little bit helps. If you’re not ready to do a complete home energy overhaul, doing an individual project (like installing insulation or a more energy efficient furnace or boiler) is a great start.
